Update all sensor download API endpoints from v1/v2 to v3 to enable access to Long-Term Support (LTS) sensor installers. The v1/v2 endpoints cannot retrieve LTS installers, which is required for enterprise deployments using LTS versions. Closes #479

Updates all sensor download API endpoints to use the latest v3 version instead of the deprecated v1/v2 endpoints.
