Added a new bash script that enables migration of Falcon sensors between CIDs on Linux systems. Similar to the existing PowerShell migration script for Windows, this script handles the complete migration process including uninstall from the old CID, installation in the new CID, and preservation of sensor configurations and tags.
This PR also includes relevant README and CI testing.
