Resolves the CounterTools entry drafted in issue CounterpartyXCP#8 by @davestaxcp. CounterTools.io is a Counterparty-native data and curation platform focused on transparent, methodology-explained pricing for assets across DEX, dispensers, and the OpenSea (Emblem Vault) bridge. It tracks the 9 official collection currencies (PEPECASH, BITCRYSTALS, BITCORN, BOBOCASH, DANKMEMECASH, MAFIACASH, WILLCOIN, RUSTBITS, COCOCASH) with multi-hop derived prices when assets don't trade directly against XCP, plus collection valuations, holder leaderboards, and address dashboards. A small free public API (v1) provides blacklist checks and collection-currency price lookups for community tools (consumed by CounterTrader and others). Deeper platform data is access-controlled. Methodology documented at https://www.countertools.io/docs. This PR mirrors the structure of PR CounterpartyXCP#11 (Emblem Vault marketplace) and PR CounterpartyXCP#12 (Tokenscan description edit).

the logo here is very helpful... happen to have an idea of how you want to show CounterTrader on the website too? my main contention is just making sure Countertools and Countertrader fits nicely (description length wise) on the webiste... at the moment general explorers have a very small description on the website (most commonly 1 sentence, maybe two) 
How does this sound with you for a nice shortened description that fits in with whats already on the website?
