Following the decidesk pilot (ConductionNL/decidesk#195). Real ADR-030-shaped prose across all 11 tutorial pages (8 user + 3 admin: first-launch, create-from-template, design-schema, design-page, connect-data, preview-app, version-snapshots, export-app; rbac, template-catalogue, admin-settings), filled capture spec, 54 captured PNGs (39 user + 15 admin). (Rescued from a stalled agent that had finished the work but didn't push.)
