Update ComfyUI-Koolook node metadata

Summary

• Replace the stale ComfyUI-Koolook node ID list in extension-node-map.json.
• Remove old upstream/Radiance IDs that are no longer registered by the package.
• Add current Koolook IDs: EasyResize_Koolook, Easy_Pattern, Easy_hdr_VAE_encode, and Easy_hdr_VAE_decode.

Validation

• Compared this entry against ComfyUI-Koolook's AST-extracted NODE_CLASS_MAPPINGS for the v0.3.2 release branch.
• Verified the updated entry has no missing or phantom IDs.
• Validated extension-node-map.json parses as JSON.
