changed hmg and BruteRifle to 277
and change CE_Neutron to BluntBase so it does the cancer ray instead of nothing Edit: bullet now
change photon to charge level damage and second damage to one that lit target on fire
same for plasma but nerfed damage from bomb /flame to flame/emp
