💡 What: Hoisted loadConfig() out of applyWorktreeCreateDefaults when used in array mapping context.
🎯 Why: When WorktreesService.create is invoked with an array of items, it uses Promise.all to concurrently call applyWorktreeCreateDefaults for each item. Before this patch, applyWorktreeCreateDefaults was unconditionally awaiting loadConfig() per call, causing N simultaneous configuration file loads/parses leading to severe latency for bulk creates.
📊 Impact: Reduces disk I/O and parsing overhead from O(N) to O(1) during bulk creations.
🔬 Measurement: Benchmarking Promise.all calling loadConfig multiple times shows immediate speedup locally. Verified via the comprehensive daemon vitest suite.
