💡 What: Modify WorktreesService.create to load the config once before iterating over items and pass it down instead of calling loadConfig() inside applyWorktreeCreateDefaults for every item in a loop.
🎯 Why: loadConfig() reads and parses the config.yaml file from disk synchronously. Performing this inside a .map loop during bulk creations causes severe O(N) disk I/O and latency spikes.
📊 Impact: Transforms config loading overhead from O(N) to O(1) when processing an array of worktrees.
🔬 Measurement: Can be verified by measuring the execution time of bulk worktree creation operations before and after this change.
