IntentForge

Project Status
IntentForge is still an early-stage engineering project. All features are currently under active development, and the first MVP is moving forward quickly. If this project interests you, keep following for updates.

English | Simplified Chinese

Think it. Forge it.
Where intent arrives, systems can be forged.

IntentForge is an intent-driven intelligent development platform built for the AI era.
It is not another chatbot shell, nor a wrapper around a single Agent framework.
It is an engineering platform core built around Context Engineering, Spec-Driven architecture, cloud-native design, Agent governance, tool execution, contextual memory, observability, and auditability.

You describe the intent.
IntentForge forges that intent into tasks, plans, context, execution, decisions, and artifacts, ultimately delivering a real system directly.

What is IntentForge

Most AI development tools focus on “how to make a single agent better at doing things.”
IntentForge focuses on “how multiple agents can reliably accomplish things under unified governance.”

It is responsible for:

  • Transforming intent into tasks, plans, and artifacts
  • Deciding who executes and how execution happens
  • Providing multi-perspective visibility into the execution process
  • Performing verification, auditing, replay, and knowledge accumulation
  • Enabling unified governance and pluggability for configuration, memory, rules, tools, and executors
  • Managing both native agents and external coding agents under a single control plane

IntentForge is not a chat wrapper.
It is an AI-Native Development Platform.

Modules
