Overview
Adds a May 25, 2026 section to the Cloud changelog with three GA announcements: organization spend alerts (50/75/100% thresholds, hourly notifications), ClickPipes in
mx-central-1(co-location rules for services created from May 19, 2026), and primary service idling for compute-compute separation.Updates the warehouses reference so the Primary service idling limitation callout no longer describes a phased rollout— it now states that primary auto-idling is enabled by default.
Some Mintlify links from the upstream port were omitted where target pages or anchors are not yet available (noted in the PR description).
