Two new disclaimers in the Managed Postgres pricing page: - Scaling, failover, and standby provisioning may produce brief overlapping charges while two instances run in parallel during online transitions. - If the selected instance type is temporarily unavailable in the region, a comparable type may be provisioned and billed at that instance's rate.
