Closes #7939

Reason for Proposed Changes

  • Query logic was inverted, causing false positive results;

Proposed Changes

  • Update query name for both k8s and terraform k8s query;
  • Update query logic similar to k8s counterpart query;
  • Update test cases;
  • Add missing search_line property;
  • Update query ID for similarityID issues;
  • Update query name path;
  • Migrate k8s linter to kubeconform and skip deprecated resources;
