Description

Many GSSoC contributors are interacting with a real-world open-source codebase for the very first time. This guide helps them get started without feeling overwhelmed.

Changes Made

  • Created docs/BEGINNER_GUIDE.md
  • Covers 4 stages: Git basics, local setup, first contribution, core tech
  • Includes real tested terminal commands used in this project
  • Added troubleshooting section for common beginner mistakes
  • Added first PR checklist
  • Linked to free learning resources (GitHub Skills, javascript.info, etc.)
