Fix mobile responsiveness and UI alignment issues

This pull request improves the mobile responsiveness and UI alignment of the StudyPlan dashboard. Several layout issues on smaller screens were fixed, including navbar overflow, sidebar responsiveness, modal sizing, spacing inconsistencies, and unwanted horizontal scrolling.

• Fixed navbar and sidebar alignment issues
• Improved modal responsiveness and spacing
• Reduced horizontal overflow on smaller screens
