approved, just a note though, when we move to multi cloud we should provider a $CEREBRIUM_PROVIDER env var so this can be generalised:
f'http://api.{CERBRIUM_PROVIDER}/v4/<project_id>/<app_name>/<func_name>'
This means it could work in crusoe and aws for eg
