Added new delegate to notify when the swipe event starts and when it ends. Added fix as well to solve issue of gesture being activated when the collection view is being swiped on the y axis.
Added additional verification calls to collectionView in collectionView:shouldDeselectItemAtIndexPath and also collectionView:shouldSelectItemAtIndexPath

Added new delegate to notify when the swipe event starts and when it
ends. Added fix as well to solve issue of gesture being activated when
the collection view is being swiped on the y axis. This solves issues when the user was swiping to move the collectionView and suddenly the gesture was being activated.
