bug:fixes focus on tags feild

Description

Earlier we were not being able to focus on tags feild while using keyboard keys becouse of previous pr i which we used multiselect component in tags feild in addtask dialog now i have passed ref as prorps in it now it works fine

done with the self review new chnages breaks nothing and fixes the issue correctly and pases all test all good to go
