This branch includes all the changes made to deploy the transformations, coupling framework and partitioner to the update-site.
Previously, there was an error where compile-time dependencies were resolved correctly but not the runtime dependencies leading to a fail in the install dialogue. This should be fixed now.
The update-site was tested through making use of a fresh eclipse instance (2023-09). Then all artefacts were installed. Packages from every artefact were successfully found after installation and respective objects could be instantiated.
