Purpose
This License allows recipients to view, study, modify, and test this work for evaluation and research purposes,
while prohibiting commercial use unless the Licensor grants separate written permission.

Definitions
- "Work" means the contents of this repository, including documentation, designs, files, and any software tools.
- "Commercial Use" means using the Work (or any derivative) to produce revenue, reduce costs in a commercial product
  or service, manufacture, sell, license, distribute to customers, or deploy in production operations for business
  benefit beyond evaluation/testing.
- "Evaluation Use" means internal testing, experimentation, review, benchmarking, academic research, and feasibility
  assessment, including internal demonstrations, without Commercial Use.

Grant (Evaluation Use Only)
Subject to the terms below, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
1) Copy and use the Work for Evaluation Use.
2) Modify the Work for Evaluation Use.
3) Share the Work internally within your organization (employees/contractors) solely for Evaluation Use.

Restrictions
You may NOT, without the Licensor’s prior written permission:
1) Use the Work for Commercial Use.
2) Sell, license, sublicense, or distribute the Work (or derivatives) to third parties outside your organization.
3) Manufacture or deploy the Work (or derivatives) in production systems, customer-facing services, or commercial products.
4) Remove or alter copyright notices.

Any permitted copies or internal distributions must retain this license text and the copyright notice.

Permission for Commercial Use
