I use https://app.transifex.com/BornToBeRoot/NETworkManager/dashboard/ for the translation. I will add ja-JP there as language and try to upload the file from this PR.

You can join as a translator there (you can sign in with your GitHub acc). Then you will also get notified if new content was added.
