It seems I did not submit the text for the description: Hello guys, I'm Leonardo, currently working with web3 technology. I started exploring dCBOR and Gordian Envelopes a few days ago, and I found it very interesting. I still didn't have enough time to go through it all, but I'm looking to try it out after I fully understand it, in an idea/app that I want to build. I'm not sure if there is any process we need to go through to register identifiers; if so, please let me know how it works. I'm submitting this PR as I expect to use the Polkadot network for the application, so I'm getting ahead of myself. I know I can just fork it, but if I can use the official lib, it seems like the best approach. Glad to meet you all. I've also signed up for the newsletter and look forward to hearing from you all. |

We don't have a formal process (yet) for adding known values. You proposal seems reasonable, but ideally, we would like to see that any known values we accept are actually used, ideally by two or more parties that need interop. Can you tell us more about the project or point to a repository (or your plans) that will be using it? |
