Change form NSToolbarSeparatorItemIdentifier to NSToolbarSpaceItemIdentifier Apple Docs. In Lion a NSToolbarSeparatorItemIdentifier is not added to the Array of ToolbarItems anymore, causing an error addressing the array in BMax.
