Create AI‐Powered RFP Responses Using Knowledge Base
This tutorial guides you through using AI to create a response to a Request for Proposal (RFP). You will learn how to upload your knowledge base, process an RFP document, generate answers, and produce a final response document efficiently.
Go to rfp.blazordata.net
Click the Build your Knowledgebase button to begin creating your knowledge base.
Click the Select File button to choose your first knowledge base document for upload.
Enter the title for your knowledge base content to identify it clearly.
Click the Save button to store your knowledge base content.
Your knowledge base content will be processed and added.
Click the expand button to see all the sections in your uploaded document.
You can view and edit the knowledge base content.
Next, click the response tab to create a response to an RFP.
Click here to choose a template for your RFP response.
The template can be edited. Click the Edit Template button to edit the template.
Click the Upload RFP button to upload the RFP.
The RFP will be processed and any questions will be detected.
Answers will be generated based on the content in the knowledge base.
Click the edit button to edit the question.
If needed, you can click the delete button to delete the question from the response.
You can edit the answer using the text box.
You can add answers to the knowledgebase by clicking the checkbox next to the answer.
Clcik the Generate Response Document button to complete the process.
The RFP response document will prepare.
The Enter values for template box will display and allow you to provide the values for the templated items.
Click OK to finalize and complete the process.
