Remove hasWasmUtxoSupport utility function and enable all wasm-utxo tests for zcash transactions. This allows testing the PSBT format with wasm-utxo for all coins, including zcash. Issue: BTC-0 Co-authored-by: llm-git <llm-git@ttll.de>
