This PR adds a manifest for the BioNGFF viewer. This viewer is marked as having all capabilities except respecting scaling and translation factors on multiscales. This is because vizarr's
coordinateTransformationsToMatrix, which is used in BioNGFF viewer, only reads the level-0 scale and translation (multiscales[0].datasets[0].coordinateTransformations), so any different scales or translation factors at other data levels are ignored.This PR also adds the missing
compression_codecsfield, defined in README.md, into example.yaml.@krokicki
