Added functionallity to Location.
Created a Robot class to handle robot sensors.
ensure compatibility between all angles and distances. ensure that the
right particles vector was sorted.
known issues in the rotate behaviour and the avoid obstacle behaviour.
which worked in previous versions where particles were not involved.
