What this PR does / why we need it:
adds an "auto-generate" workflow that will automatically run
make generateand commit/push any generated diff that wasn't originally included - this will ensure that forgetting to runmake generatelocally won't block PRs from passing unit testsWhich issue(s) this PR fixes:
