Description
This PR adds a new mini-project folder called Galaxy-Photo-Gallery.
It is a responsive photo gallery built entirely with HTML and CSS, showcasing galaxy and star images with smooth hover zoom and glow animations.
This contribution is part of Hacktoberfest participation and adds a beginner-friendly front-end mini-project to the repository.
