Replace Spanish content in Markdown files with language suffixes (.en.md, .ca.md, .zh-cn.md) with correct target language translations. Apply rebranding: "cognito-stack" -> "connect-core" and neutral placeholders for institutional references. Fix systematic Catalan mistranslation of "Cache" as "Memòria cau".
