This is close but not ready to merge yet. It's ready for code review and testing.
I have tested compiling on Ubuntu 18.04 and currently doing a full sync from scratch.
I humbly suggest enabling Github Issues in this repo so I can report a few small bugs I noticed in Arrow while developing this.
