Implement deduplication logic across files

• Create ContentStorage class to map page data, content hash, page id
• Update BTree to use this new content addressable storage in its methods
• Store roots, pages in content storage
• Show statistics for debugging purposes
• Create content addressable demo and deduplication demo for debugging and accessibility
• Include the demos in the Makefile
