The main motivation for this PR is to document when a simple list is returned rather then a sparse array. This lets the consumer know that if
count($data) > 4then keys 0-3 exists allowing for simpler and safe data handeling.Additionally this upgrade PHPStan to 2.1 (from 1.12) and resolves all new issues detected by the upgraded tool.
