[PWGCF] FU: adding y cut for D0s and possibility to run with prompt D0s

Changes in femtoUniverseProducerMCTruthTask.cxx:

• y cut for D0s and corresponding configurable to set the cut added (the y cut applied only for D0s and the eta cut left for the rest of the particles)
• origin for D0s added
  Changes in femtoUniversePairTaskTrackTrackMcTruth.cxx:
• new configurables: confActiveD0OriginCheck and confD0OriginFlag
• possibility to run only with prompt D0s added
  Changes in femtoUniverseProducerTask.cxx:
• y cut for D0s added
• new configurables added due to new options: trackD0CandEtaMax, yD0CandGenMax, yD0CandMax, useYCutD0Cand
  Changes in femtoUniversePairTaskTrackD0.cxx:
• possibility to run with prompt D0/D0bar candidates added
• new configurables: confD0OriginFlag and confTrackEtaMax
• new partitions for reconstructed and truth D0/D0bar candidates
• new process functions for SE and ME for MC Reco and MC Truth
• hTrackDCA removed (it caused some errors with )
