Hi @sashingo please make the axes configurable, so that you don't need to open a PR to modify the binning as discussed in previous PRs (see #11439). Thanks a lot!

Hi @fgrosa ,
thank you for the suggestion.
I implemented ConfigurableAxis to change the binning for some histograms that are possibly change the binning in future.
Please check, and approve it if it's ok for you.
