[PWGHF] Update candidate selector in XicToXiPiPi workflow

• Update PID selection to use TPC OR TOF or TPC only
• Update kinematic/topological variables used in preselection
• Add possibility to use track quality cuts on final state daughters
  • TPC tracks of all daughters
  • ITS tracks of two $\pi$ coming from $\Xi_{c}^{+}$
