Continuation of #11382

  • Propagate new D0 MC flags.
  • Add main J/ψ channels.
  • Replace duplicated hard-coded PDG arrays.
  • Migrate Lc and Ds+ resonant channels.
  • Improve and unify naming.
  • Fix bugs in:
    • PWGHF/D2H/Tasks/taskCharmPolarisation.cxx (wrong TESTBIT for D*+)
    • PWGHF/HFC/TableProducer/correlatorLcScHadrons.cxx (using old flags)
    • PWGCF/TableProducer/filter2Prong.cxx (missing abs)
