[PWGCF,PWGLF,Trigger] Update PWGCF trigger for 2025 data taking

This PR contains the following changes:

• add ρ-d and Φ-d trigger
• Use 2 trigger channels for each CF trigger. With this setup, we can have one trigger with loose selection on kstar/q3. This trigger can be downsampled and later used to obtain a mixed event or background correlation function. The other trigger has tight selection on kstar/q3, allowing us to keep all critical events.
• Rework the directory structure for QA histograms
• Organize the configurable in groups and add a configurable to change the binding of QA histograms
• Move to strangenessbuilderhelper to be independent of strangenessbuilder
