add ini, cfg config files and test macro for OO collision

Hi @fgrosa ! This PR adds the corresponding config and test files for OO collisions.

• GeneratorHF_D2H_ccbar_and_bbbar_gap2_SCCR_OO.ini points to pythia8_charmhadronic_with_decays_SCCR_OO.cfg with a gap trigger of 2
• pythia8_charmhadronic_with_decays_SCCR_OO.cfg used the SC-CR tune from Christiansen.
• In GeneratorHF_D2H_ccbar_and_bbbar_gap2_SCCR_OO.C, I moved the path, which points to "o2sim_Kine.root", to be the parameter of the function External. This makes it more convenient for local testing. But let's see if it breaks the build test.
