Flag to remove chi_0c and chi_1c

Added flag to remove incompatible charmonium states with our default G4 Physics list.
Test pool was created with this configuration on the GRID (masterjob 3348057012) and used in another instance
(3348398852) showing no failures during G4 transport step (before >50% of total jobs were crashing)
