[PWGHF] Fix and add the correlated bkg config for PbPb, pp, and pp reference

Hi @fgrosa and @mfaggin ! This PR inherited the #1986 from @stefanopolitano and set 50% of candidates to the golden channel and 50% for all bkg channels.

And I tested locally the PbPb and pp, they all look good. However, the pp reference doesn't work, I might miss something. The log shows the genevents_Kine.root missing, due to genevent didn't receive any configuration and it didn't work.
