ITS: Added Moving Window objects

Added several moving window objects to ITS aQC:

• Cluster Task: cluster occupancy for 7 layers
• Track Task: NClustersPerTracks, NTracks and AngularDistribution

Hi @chiarazampolli, this PR was locally tested and good for merging on my side.
The testing errors do not appear to be related to the code.
It would be nice to have it for PbPb apass1.
