ALICE3-TRK: added GeometryTGeo methods to get volumes from the geometry

• Added methods and functionalities required for the digitization.

• Added getters for subDetID(VD=0, ML/OT=1), petalcase, disk, layer, stave.

• Defining an indexing scheme that will be used to retrieve elements from the geometry (e.g. matrices). The indexing scheme is organized as follows:

0. VD petals -> [VD layers -> VD disks]

1. ML/OT layers -> staves
