Fix: TrackLTIntegral.addStep needs (q/p)^2 instead of 1/p^2

Check of the He3 TOF for Q=2 tracks filled in the reconstruction vs explicitly calculated TOF for the same tracks.
betaHe3 is defined as SetAlias("betaHe3","1./sqrt(1.+pow(2.808/TPCITS.getP(),2))"), with TPCITS.getP() corrected for the Q=2.
