For the record new option is not default and has to be activated:

@Jens Wiechula @Marian I Ivanov : This ([AliceO2Group/AliceO2#14067](https://github.com/AliceO2Group/AliceO2/pull/14067))  adds the option to run with edge detection checking only the very edge pad. To enable --configKeyValues "GPU_rec_tpc.cfEdgeTwoPads=0".
