[FOCAL-81] Fixing the FOCAL-E pad geometry

The problem with hits in the FOCAL-E was due to two main reasons:

• Wrong medium numbers in the volumes.
• Part of FOCAL-E was outside the caveRB24.

Now the FOCAL has been placed in the barrel instead of caveRB24. But the problem is that only part for FOCAL-E is inside the barrel while the FOCAL-H is totally outside the barrel volume. I don't know whether this will cause problems in the future.
