Purpose of this pull request

Adds a note to the Catalog Service queries page to redirect Adobe Commerce Optimizer users to the Merchandising Services Guide.

Added note about Adobe Commerce Optimizer and updated queries list.

- Updated `categories` query documentation to include `position` field and improved descriptions for clarity.
- Enhanced descriptions in `CategoryView` and `CategoryViewInterface` sections for better understanding of category attributes.
