What purpose do components serve in React?	They allow for easily replicable and dynamic html blocks by keeping state and behavior of said blocks to be self-contained.
How does adding dynamic content to a web page in React compare to jQuery?	The code is more organized and controlled in React with relationships between blocks of html also being more clear.
How did you use props in this project?	I used props to send information across nested components; i.e. App -> Chatlog -> Message -> Timestamp.
