**Effective April 24, monthly credit allotments for ASF’s HyP3 On Demand processing service will be reduced to 4,000
credits per user per month.**

Due to increased demand and recent changes to our operating costs, ASF no longer has sufficient processing capacity
to cover the current level of On Demand job requests. In recent weeks, processing requests have far outpaced our
system capacity, resulting in long wait times and unprocessed jobs for many users.

To facilitate timely processing of all submitted jobs, we are reducing the monthly credit allotment
to 4,000 credits per user to better align request volume with processing capacity. Refer to the
[credit cost table](using/credits.md#credit-cost-table "Credit Cost Table") to determine the
number of products you can order per month.

ASF remains committed to providing On Demand processing within the constraints of our limited resources. We are making
this change to make sure all available processing time is used effectively and is equitably distributed. Refer to the
credit reduction post from [Nov. 26, 2025](#nov-26-2025 "What's New: Nov. 26, 2025")
for suggestions on processing options that use fewer credits.

The [HyP3+](about/hyp3_plus.md "HyP3+ Documentation") platform is an option for applications requiring more than 4,000
credits per month. HyP3+ users
[purchase processing credits](about/hyp3_plus.md#purchasing-credits "Purchasing HyP3+ Credits")
to run On Demand jobs, and can purchase as many credits as they need to complete a project.
HyP3+ jobs are run in a separate environment with no limitations on processing capacity, so jobs are guaranteed
to run to completion with little to no wait time before processing begins.
