Add Product Guide for OPERA RTC-S1.

This release will not make the documentation discoverable in the navigation menu, but it will be available for reference during the evaluation period for the OPERA RTC-S1 On-Demand job type. An additional release will follow to add it to the navigation menu once the evaluation period has ended.
