Pull request overview
This PR adds three status badges to the top of the README.md file to provide quick visual indicators of the project's license and CI/CD status. The badges use shields.io for rendering and link to relevant repository resources.
Changes:
- Added license badge linking to the Apache 2.0 LICENSE file
- Added GitHub Actions workflow status badges for the example and pack build workflows
